Our Achieving Performance Through People course is a two-day, instructor-led programme for practising and aspiring site supervisors who want to improve team performance through effective leadership. The course explores how leadership style, communication, motivation and team development can influence productivity, working relationships and performance within a construction environment.
Participants will develop practical techniques for building effective teams, providing constructive feedback, influencing others and coaching team members to improve their performance. Through guided discussion, construction-based examples and practical activities, delegates will consider how the techniques covered can be applied to the teams and situations they encounter within their own workplace.
