COURSE OVERVIEW

CompTIA Network+ validates the practical networking skills needed to establish, maintain, secure and troubleshoot business networks across vendor-neutral environments. This course is aligned to the current CompTIA Network+ N10-009 exam and develops hands-on understanding of wired and wireless networking, addressing, routing, switching, network services, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, remote access and cloud networking.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is suitable for network technicians, network administrators, helpdesk technicians, network support specialists and IT professionals who want to develop vendor-neutral networking skills or prepare for the N10-009 certification exam.

COURSE PREREQUISITES

CompTIA A+ knowledge and approximately 9 to 12 months of practical networking experience are recommended before attending.

• CompTIA Network+ Practice Test (N10-009) – 25 original questions covering networking concepts, network implementation, operations, security and troubleshooting, with explanations and a topic-by-topic results summary.
• CompTIA Glossary – Familiarise yourself with common networking, hardware and cyber security terms.

The practice test is an independent revision quiz, not an official CompTIA examination or full examination simulator. Neither resource is a prerequisite for attending the course.
