Conflict Resolution Course
The Conflict Resolution course helps participants understand why workplace conflicts arise and provides practical techniques for addressing disagreements before they become more difficult to resolve.
Participants will examine different responses to conflict and consider how communication styles, assumptions, behaviours and individual personalities can influence a situation. They will learn how effective listening, questioning and assertive communication can help uncover the underlying issue rather than concentrating solely on the immediate disagreement.
The course focuses on achieving constructive outcomes while maintaining professional working relationships. Participants will consider how to manage their own reactions, respond to challenging behaviour and approach difficult discussions with greater confidence.
These skills are relevant to managers and team leaders as well as employees who regularly work with colleagues, customers, suppliers or other stakeholders and want to become more confident when managing disagreement and conflict.
