Our Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Awareness course is a half-day, instructor-led training programme for employees at all levels within construction and the built environment. The course introduces the principles of fairness, equality, diversity, inclusion and respect and explores how personal attitudes, assumptions and behaviour can affect colleagues and workplace relationships.

Participants will learn how to recognise different forms of discrimination, challenge inappropriate behaviour and contribute to a more inclusive working environment. Through guided discussion, construction-based examples and practical scenarios, delegates will consider how fairness and respect can support collaboration, employee wellbeing, organisational reputation and effective team performance.
