The Introduction to Microsoft 365 and AI Administration (AB-900) course provides new IT professionals and administrators with a broad understanding of how Microsoft 365 services are managed and how AI capabilities are becoming part of the Microsoft 365 environment.
Participants will develop familiarity with core Microsoft 365 services, administration, security and data governance before exploring the role of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents.
Who should attend?
The course is designed for people beginning a career in Microsoft 365 administration or technical support as well as professionals who need a foundational understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot and agent administration.
No previous hands-on administration experience is required. The course provides a useful starting point for participants who may subsequently progress into more specialised Microsoft 365, security, Copilot or administration training.
It is particularly relevant for organisations beginning to introduce AI capabilities into Microsoft 365 and needing administrators who understand both the traditional Microsoft 365 environment and the emerging AI administration requirements.

Target Audience
This course is designed for beginning-level technical IT/Pros and novice administrators seeking foundational understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Learners are introduced to the essential components, concepts, and capabilities they need to utilize and manage Microsoft 365, Copilot, and agents without requiring prior hands-on experience.
