Our CISSP Certification Preparation Course is a 5-day, instructor-led programme for experienced IT and cybersecurity professionals preparing for the ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional examination. It provides a comprehensive review of the security concepts, practices and responsibilities covered by the CISSP Common Body of Knowledge.
The course covers all eight CISSP domains, including security and risk management, asset security, security architecture and engineering, communications and network security, identity and access management, security assessment and testing, security operations and software development security. The certification examination is not included in the course fee.

Course Overview
This course develops the knowledge required to implement and manage information security programmes and prepares experienced cybersecurity professionals for the current ISC2 CISSP examination. Training reviews information security concepts and recognised industry practices across the eight CISSP Common Body of Knowledge domains.
Delegates also receive supporting study resources and practice materials to help assess exam readiness and continue preparation after the instructor-led course.

Course Content
Training follows the current CISSP Common Body of Knowledge and covers security governance and policy, risk management, asset protection, security architecture, network security, identity and access management, security assessment, operational security and secure software development.
Course Prerequisites
Global Knowledge recommends a minimum of five years' experience working in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Cybersecurity Foundations and CompTIA Security+ are recommended preparatory courses.
Test Certification
This course prepares delegates for the ISC2 CISSP examination. The examination is not included in the course fee. Additional self-study after the course is recommended before sitting the exam.
