Course Aims
The Confidence, Accountability and Personal Impact course helps participants understand how their behaviours, communication style and approach to responsibility can influence both their own performance and the people around them.
Participants will explore practical ways to communicate with greater confidence, take ownership of their actions and commitments and develop a stronger sense of personal accountability. The course also considers how individuals can increase their impact by understanding how they are perceived by others and adapting their approach to different situations.
The techniques covered can be particularly valuable when dealing with challenging situations, communicating ideas, working with colleagues or taking on additional responsibility. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their own behaviours and identify practical changes they can make after the course to improve their effectiveness in the workplace.
