The Critical Thinking & Decision Making course helps participants move beyond instinctive or habitual responses and take a more considered approach to analysing information, evaluating alternatives and reaching decisions.
Participants will consider how assumptions, biases and incomplete information can influence judgement and learn practical techniques for examining situations from different perspectives. The course encourages participants to distinguish between facts, opinions and assumptions and to consider the quality and relevance of the information available before reaching conclusions.
