Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:

• Please note that there are no pre-requisites for studying the Sustainability in Digital & IT module as the relevant key concepts from the ITIL 4 framework will be covered as part of the module, making it accessible to anyone interested in gaining critical skills in this area.

• ILFN4 - ITIL® 4 Foundation - Including Exam

TESTING AND CERTIFICATION

A set of practical assessments are required prior to taking the ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital & IT exam. These assessments will be completed during this class.

This class comes with an online proctored exam voucher. These will have a validity of 12 months. You will need to schedule your exams within this time frame.
