Our APMG Change Management Foundation Course is a 3-day, instructor-led course for professionals involved in organisational change, transformation, communications, HR, projects or people management. It introduces the principles and techniques used to understand the human and organisational impact of change and to support people successfully through transition.
The course includes the Foundation exam and covers structured change approaches, individual responses to change, stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact, leadership, resistance and techniques for planning and embedding sustainable organisational change.
