Our PRINCE2® Project, Programme, Portfolio Office Management Foundation and Practitioner Course is a 4-day, instructor-led programme for professionals who work in, manage or are establishing project, programme or portfolio offices. It explains how effective support-office structures can improve governance, decision-making, assurance and delivery across portfolios, programmes and projects.
The course includes both certification exams and covers office models, roles, tools and techniques, implementation, governance, decision support and how to tailor an appropriate support-office model to the maturity and needs of an organisation.

This combined Foundation and Practitioner course provides a structured approach to establishing, developing and maintaining effective project, programme and portfolio support offices.
