COURSE OVERVIEW

This five-day course is a combination of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation (Version 2) and PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner (Version 2) courses, and provides both exams. It provides delegates with a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2 Agile® methodology.

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation (Version 2) presents an overview of PRINCE2 Project Management, an overview of agile concepts and techniques, and the knowledge needed to apply the two together. The course provides knowledge and guidance of how to contribute effectively to structured yet adaptive settings, whether in projects or non-project-based contexts.

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner (Version 2) supports professionals in need of advanced skills in adapting and scaling agile practices to real-world scenarios, while maintaining governance and control. It is a must-have certification for professionals with oversight and governance roles that need to be able to operate within agile practices as well as support their teams throughout agile adoption.
