Course Overview
This combined Foundation and Practitioner course develops the knowledge and practical techniques needed to manage organisational change positively. Participants learn how to plan, communicate, embed and evaluate change initiatives.

There are no formal prerequisites for Foundation. Candidates must pass the Foundation exam before attempting Practitioner.
