Our PRINCE2® Portfolio Management Foundation Course is a 2-day, instructor-led course for professionals involved in selecting, prioritising and governing programmes, projects and other change initiatives. It introduces a structured approach to balancing organisational change with business-as-usual activity and helps delegates understand how portfolio management can support better investment decisions and benefits realisation.
The course includes the PRINCE2® Portfolio Management Foundation exam and covers portfolio management principles, the portfolio definition and delivery cycles, roles and responsibilities, governance, prioritisation, categorisation, risk, benefits, finance, resource management and techniques for implementing and sustaining effective portfolio management.
