The course includes the PRINCE2® Portfolio Management Foundation exam and covers portfolio management principles, the portfolio definition and delivery cycles, roles and responsibilities, governance, prioritisation, categorisation, risk, benefits, finance, resource management and techniques for implementing and sustaining effective portfolio management.
