Our PRINCE2® Portfolio Management Practitioner Course is a 2-day, instructor-led course for professionals who want to apply and tailor portfolio management principles, practices and techniques to real organisational scenarios. It builds on Foundation knowledge and focuses on practical decision-making, governance and the effective management of a portfolio of change initiatives.
The course includes the Practitioner exam and covers implementing and sustaining portfolio management, portfolio definition and delivery, prioritisation, governance, roles, documentation and applying portfolio management to different organisational environments.

Course Prerequisites
Candidates must have passed PRINCE2® Portfolio Management Foundation before attempting the Practitioner exam.
Testing and Certification
The Practitioner exam consists of 80 multiple-choice questions over 180 minutes. It is open book and the minimum pass mark is 50%. The web-proctored exam voucher is included.
