Our PRINCE2® Programme Management Foundation Course is a 3-day, instructor-led course for programme managers, project professionals, business change managers and others involved in coordinating related projects to deliver strategic outcomes and benefits. It provides a structured introduction to programme management and helps delegates understand how programmes can align change initiatives with organisational strategy.
The course includes the Foundation exam and covers programme management principles, governance, vision and blueprint development, benefits management, stakeholder engagement, planning and control, risk and issues, quality and assurance, programme organisation and the programme lifecycle.
